Once your offer is accepted, you will be walked through the process of setting up an appointment with the Design Center to explore interior finishes and other options that will make your house uniquely home!
If your home purchase is made in the early stages of construction, you will be scheduled for an appointment to meet with the site superintendent to do a site visit and walk your home with the option of making floor plan alterations to best suit your needs.
Your sales associate will set up an appointment for you and your Lender to review payment and the terms of your loan.
This appointment is the time when you will be signing your final closing documents. Remember to set up your homeowner’s insurance prior to this appointment.
At this appointment, you will be met by a customer service representative who will walk you through your new home. This is an opportunity for you to view your material selections chosen at your Design Center appointment and to walk through the details of the home as you prepare to move in!
Congratulations! Upon close of escrow, you will be notified to come to our sales office to pick up the keys to your new home!
